ClearSync: To Use or Not To Use?

Each company has its own version of time management. Sometimes these versions are successful, sometimes not so much. This is why ClearSync has become the time management tool du jour for many companies. But is it necessary? We explore the ways in which software like ClearSync might be just what your business needs.

Big businesses already know the secret to syncing schedules, but small businesses and organizations may not be optimizing as well as they could. For instance, many smaller groups simply use Google docs or Outlook calendars to coordinate plans. This may work fine for some, but many people have conflicting calendar preferences (go ahead and tell a Google Doc devotee to start using Outlook, I dare you) and think it's inefficient to have to create login after login to communicate with everybody. That's because it is. Not only does creating different users create confusion between calendar users, it also forces users to log in to systems they don't use everyday. ClearSync solves this issue by combining the calendars of different users and opens the portal of communication for any user.

So, already ClearSync is sounding like a good idea, but it doesn't stop there. A calendar is only as good as its ability to show you what you need to know, when you need to know it. For this reason, ClearSync allows its users to have multiple calenders up at all times, and let's anyone the user wants to have access to their calendars and contact lists. Users can even update events and dates on their website in real time with an installed widget. That way, businesses and groups can share as much info about events and meetings as the other person needs, so no one has to be the victim to a evite with a mistyped appointment time or phone number.
