1. A white dominant background is used to emphasize colors in the large banners.
   
   
2. Left navigation includes a list of the most important industry expertise categories.
   
   
3. The green colored headline is in ALL CAPS to clarify the unique value proposition of each page.
   
   
4. The top navigation includes the main hierarchy links on the site with drop downs for secondary navigation.
   
   
5. The right navigation includes an area for a testimonial as well as links to relevant informational areas on the site.
