1. This format utilizes the photo of an employee/partner to personalize the impact of the site implications.
   
   
2. Left navigation includes links to articles relevant to industry expertise categories.
   
   
3. The blue navigation bar includes a breadcrumbs area and page heading for clarity of location.
   
   
4. The text fonts are subtly not so black to be easier on the eyes aggainst the clearly white background.
   
   
5. The right navigation includes an area for links to relevant informational areas on the site.
