Here are the elements that we are highlighting as the items of interest in this design concept.

1. The colors in the navigation bar and sitewide are very subtle hues of non-invasive type colors.
   
   
2. Left navigation includes a list of the most important industry expertise categories.
   
   
3. The top navigation is very short height to increase body content above the fold of the screen.
   
   
4. The top navigation bar includes a rollover button effect to highlight the section of the site the user is on.
   
   
5. The right navigation includes an area for a photo of an employee of the firm to personalize the site and make the service provider more accessible.
